Refund policy

Thread Hearth accepts returns of eligible defective and non-defective products requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping for all approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee.

Return conditions
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the condition received, with any original tags and packaging. Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

How to request a return
Email support@threadhearthco.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges of eligible products requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to availability. Contact us before sending an item back. We provide a prepaid return label for an approved exchange and free standard shipping for the replacement. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an available alternative or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. We issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting us. The cancellation takes effect when we confirm it. After shipment, please request a return under this policy once the order is delivered. We issue an approved cancellation refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
