Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before it ships.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact support@threadhearthco.com as soon as possible and include your order number. A cancellation request is not complete until we confirm it.

Before Shipment

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. We pay return shipping for approved returns.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide updated information and, when required, allow you to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
